For Authors > Submission Deadlines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. All papers must be written in English and should describe original work. The length of all Camera-Ready is limited to a maximum of 6 pages.
The selected papers will be published in proceedings referenced in indexed databases. Original papers will be selected and published scientific journals special issue (journals to be specified later).

Two paper categories are considered:

• Regular session papers
• Posters papers

29 Nov. 2017: Acceptance notification

1^st Dec. 2017: Provisional Program

3^rd Dec. 2017: Reception of camera-ready

11-12 Dec. 2017: Conference dates

10 Dec. 2017: Welcome reception and Social Program
