The ICMEM’2017 is both scientific and industrial event, co-organized by the LCOMS lab and the ENIM Engineering School of the University of Lorraine, and the Mechanical Engineering School of Nanjing University of Science and Technology. It will gather researchers and industrial experts, to discuss recent innovations and trends in scientific research fields and technology development for the industry of future. The audience includes International scholars & researchers, Ph.D. and Master degree students, Internationally renowned experts, Software developers and information systems specialists, Manufacturers and managers of industrial facilities, Companies engaged in industrial 4.0 projects, Engineers and R&D managers, etc.
ICMEM’2017 is the sixth edition of a triennial conference series initially organized by the Nanjing University of Sciences and Technologies. The two latest being the 4th ICMEM’2011, 11-12 August 2011, Suzhou, China, the 5th ICMEM’2014, 20-22 August 2014, Yangzhou, China. The event will take place in Metz, on the new dates of December 10-11, 2017. It aims to:
promote awareness of the importance of cyber-manufacturing and cyber-mechatronic systems in the context of 4.0 industry,
present advanced strategies and methods for modeling, simulation, control, optimization, performance analysis and management of cyber-manufacturing systems,
foster views and knowledge exchanges between scientists and experts in industrial engineering, on the latest developments in advanced manufacturing, based on cyber-physical systems at the dawn of a new generation of industry,
stimulate collaborations between academia and industry around joint projects to provide anticipated answers to the emerging problems of the new generation industry.
Due to conflict with other ICMEM'2017 Conferences with similar topics, the organizing committee decided to move the event to the New Dates of 10-12 December 2017
Industrial Special Sessions
Industrial experts are invited to contribute to special sessions, where typical problems and case studies will be presented. Companies exhibitions are also invited to join the poster sessions on specially allocated time slots. Also, SMEs are invited to participate and to learn about the transformation process toward a competitive industry 4.0.
